PAYMENT

We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay and Apple Pay).

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

FPO does not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

DELIVERY

Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although most will be within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 4 weeks, please notify sales@focalsonly.com. You will receive an email from sales@focalsonly.com when your order has been confirmed.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.

PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

All U.S orders are shipped via USPS. Rates are calculated through a USPS rate calculator. International orders are shipped via the best possible way. International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.
